How is billing handled?
At our company, we have a straightforward billing process. Once you accept our quote for services, we require a deposit to be paid upfront. This deposit confirms your booking and allows us to start preparing for your project. The deposit amount may vary depending on the total cost of the project, but we will always communicate this clearly to you beforehand.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service delivery. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit card, debit card, PayPal, cash and bank transfer. Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to make payment and ensure it is very smooth.
How can I submit a request?
We encourage you to visit your concierge in person, over the phone or by email to make a request. However, for convenience, or if you do not have our concierge at your property, you may also submit a request through our online system.
What geographic areas does Capital Concierge service?
Amerald is based in London, but we are happy to offer our services to clients all over Europe. While we primarily serve clients in the UK and other parts of Europe, we are always open to new opportunities and expanding our reach. Our team has experience working with clients from different geographic locations and we can handle all of our projects remotely.
